風力發電機結構體之可靠度評估

摘要


近幾年,由於能源短缺且石化燃料與核能均會對環境造成污染及破壞,為了人類能永續生存,各國政府無不積極朝向綠色能源發展。在眾多綠能中,又以風能最具發展潛力。   本研究參考國際電工委員會所訂定IEC與德國Germanischer Lloyd Wind Energie GmbH和風力能源委員會所訂定GL相關規範分析風力發電機系統結構強度。分析的項目可以區分兩個部分:一是風機本體,另一是葉片。首先利用Solid Works建立風力發電機結構模型,再導入ADAMS與ANSYS分析軟體做風機結構分析,ADAMS機構模擬軟體中進行機構分析與運動模擬。而ANSYS分析整個葉片的應力分佈、變形量和自然振動頻率。藉此進行風力發電機結構體的可靠度評估。

Due to energy shortages in recent years and environmental pollution as well as damage from usage of fossil fuels and nuclear energy, all nations are actively promoting the green energy for long-term survival purpose. Amongst various green energies, the wind energy posts the highest potential long-term usage.   We refer to IEC and GL related standard to analyze the structural strength of the vertical wind power generator. While the analysis could be divided into two segments: One is the main structure of the generator, the other is the wind turbine’s blade.   First using Solid Works establishment wind-driven generator model,and then exported this model into ADAMS and ANSYS,ADAMS can generate a graphics output file which may be to view an animation of the motion simulation. ANSYS could obtain stress distributions, deflections and nature frequencies of the wind turbine blade.   To take advantage of this carries on the wind generator model structural reliability appraisal.
