A Fluid-structure Interaction Analysis for Two Stage Turbine

摘要


在本研究中針對雙級式離心式渦輪轉子進行流固耦合進行了數值分析,使用數值模擬的方法評估了轉子在軸功輸出方面的性能,其轉子之葉片與相關幾何設計均是依照熱力循環分析所得到的訊息來進行渦輪機設計與尺寸的配置。在分析結果中,可以在流體分析的結果中獲得流體壓力和溫度分佈的分佈;另一方面,由於壓力與溫度會引起轉子之應力與熱應力等相關課題,因此透過固體應力分析中可以獲得應力和熱應力的分佈,透過當前的研究結果,其相關數據將可以作為未來兩級離心式渦輪機設計的基礎。

The fluid-structure interaction is numerically analyzed for a two-stage centrifugal turbine. The performance of the rotor in terms of shaft-work output was evaluated using the CAE method. In the present study, the configuration of the turbine is designed based on the information of the cycle analysis. The fluid pressure and temperature distribution can be obtained from the results of fluid analysis; on the other hand, the distribution of stress and thermal stress can be obtained from the solid analysis. The current research results will be used as a basis for the design of a two-stage centrifugal turbine.
