污染防制系統之活性碳吸附效能研究

摘要


為了解企業製程中之活性碳吸附設備對於揮發性有機氣體(VOCs)吸附效能與操作環境之關係,本研究利用自行開發之微型管道連續監測系統,針對不同製造程序中之活性碳吸附設備進行連續監測,蒐集其入/出口端之溫度、濕度、VOCs濃度、流速及活性碳塔溫度等資訊,探討實際操作條件下,各項參數對活性碳塔吸附效能之影響。

In order to understand the relationship between the adsorption effeciency on activated carbon for volatile organic gases (VOCs) and the operating parameter in the manufacturing process of factories. The Mini Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (Mini-CEMS) has been developed to monitor the concentrations of VOCs, temperature, humidity, flow rate etc., and discuss the operating conditions on the adsorption efficiency of activated carbon.
