Numerical investigation on the continuous heat-treating furnace with high temperature air combustion system

摘要


蓄熱式燃燒系統有效地回收工業爐排放之高溫廢熱來加熱新鮮空氣,以達到節省燃料之效益。本研究的重點為建立三維工業連續爐模型,模擬連續爐內的熱流場變化,與工件在爐內的溫度變化。研究中探討空爐時噴嘴座的操作邏輯及切換時間。並固定一組操作條件,探討工件移動速度與噴嘴座切換時間對工件加熱的影響。

The high temperature air combustion system can effectively recover the energy of high-temperature exhaust gas, emitted by industrial furnaces, by heating up fresh air to achieve the benefit of saving fuel. The focus of this study is to establish a three-dimensional industrial continuous furnace model and to simulate the thermal flow field and the temperature variation of the workpiece in the continuous furnace. In this study, we discussed the operation logic of burners and the switching time for the furnace without workpieces. In addition, a set of operating conditions and was chosen to investigate the heating effect on workpieces by varying the moving speed of workpiece and the switching time of burners.
