塑膠製品製造業之能源使用特性與效率趨勢分析

Analysis of Energy Consumption Characteristics and Efficiency Trends in Plastic Products Manufacturing

摘要


我國塑膠製品製造業廠家數多,細產業分布廣泛,生產產品類型多樣性,能源消費主要是在製程設備,包含射出/押出/吹出成型、真空成型、壓克力反應成型、發泡成型等。由於該產業大多數為中小企業,在節能輔導的推動上較難著力。因此,本文藉由分析塑膠製品製造業之能源使用特性,以能源密集趨勢分析其能源效率表現,並以Sankey diagram能源流向分析來鑑別產業的顯著能源使用設備,最後提出產業重大能源使用設備之節能措施建議,以作為政府節能推動方向與業界進行節能的參考。

In Taiwan, there are a large number of plastic products manufacturing manufacturers, a wide range of sub-industries, and the types of products produced are diversified. The significant energy use in this industry is in process equipment, including injection/extrusion/blow molding, vacuum molding, acrylic reaction molding, foam molding, etc. Since the industry is mostly small and medium-sized enterprises, it is difficult to focus on energy-saving supporting and promotion. Therefore, this paper analyzes the energy usage characteristics of the plastic product manufacturing industry, analyzes its energy efficiency performance based on the energy intensity trend, and uses the Sankey diagram energy flow analysis to identify the industry's significant energy use equipment. Finally, suggestions on energy-saving measures for major energy-using equipment in the industry as the government's energy-saving promotion direction and the industry's reference for promoting energy-saving.
