金屬製品製造業之能源使用特性與效率趨勢分析

Analysis of Energy Consumption Characteristics and Efficiency Trends in Fabricated Metal Products Manufacturing

摘要


我國金屬製品製造業廠家數多,細產業分布廣泛,生產產品類型多樣性,能源消費主要是在製程設備,包含金屬加工、熱處理、表面處理。由於該產業大都為中小企業,在節能輔導的推動上較難著力。因此,本文藉由分析金屬製品製造業之能源使用特性,以對數平均權重分解法(LMDI)來拆解產業的能源消費變動因素,並以Sankey diagram能源流向分析來鑑別產業的顯著能源使用設備,最後提出產業重大能源使用設備之節能措施建議,以作為政府節能推動方向與業界進行節能的參考。

There are a large number of fabricated metal products manufacturing, their sub-industries cover a wide range, and the types of products produced are diversified. Their energy consumption is mainly in process equipment, including metal processing, metal heat treatment, and metal finishing. Since most of the industries are small and medium-sized enterprises, it is difficult to focus on energy-saving supporting and promotion. Therefore, this paper analyzes the energy use characteristics of the fabricated metal products manufacturing, uses the logarithmic mean weight division index method (LMDI) to disassemble the industry's energy consumption change factors, and uses the Sankey diagram energy flow analysis to identify the industry's significant energy use equipment. Finally, this article proposes energy-saving measures for major energy-using equipment in this industry as a policy reference for the government's energy-saving promotion direction and the industry's energy-saving measures.
