摘要

本研究主要是應用RFID技術於汽車零件產業之原物料管控、成品出貨追蹤、倉庫管理與模具管理等四方面，探討最適宜的可行方案，並進行模擬實驗，分析導入績效。研究中首先針對產業特性與運作流程進行整體性分析，以了解個案公司營運狀況，再從產業現況中找出RFID技術導入的關鍵點，然後再進行系統模擬規劃，最後從產業實例中分析應用RFID技術帶來的效益。經模擬分析顯示企業導入RFID系統後，除了可降低人力成本外，也可以大幅降低各流程不良率的發生，確實可提升工作效率，大幅提升公司整體的工作效率與競爭力。

This research is to apply RFID technology to raw material management and control, product tracing, warehouse management and mold management for industry which produced automobile parts. We try to find the best practice, proceed to simulation experiment and analyze the project performance. In this research, in order to realize the business situation, the characteristic and operational process of industry is firstly analyzed. And then, the key point of RFID introduction is been found for further system simulation. And finally, the benefit generated by RFID introduction is analyzed. The results show that there has dramatically manpower off and defective rate reduction after introducing the RFID technology in case company. The RFID system will increases the overall synergy and competitive force for the enterprise.
