摘要

近年因資訊科技不斷創新，銀行業在資源有限情況下，為符合現有交易需求及顧及未來科技發展趨勢，在電子銀行之建置資源要如何分配則是要時常檢視的問題。本研究歸納近年國內學者對電子商務、電子銀行與科技對銀行業影響之文獻及與資深銀行專家探討電子銀行評選之重要因素後，採用模糊分析網路程序法（Fuzzy Analytic Network Process, FANP）整合內部「營運環境」、外部「競爭環境」與「科技環境」發展之相互影響關係來建構電子銀行評選決策之輔助工具，將傳統決策中許多不可量化之評估問題，透過FANP法將不確定之因素相互影響關係具體量化納入考量，能以系統化方式表示，將架構分明，降低主觀判斷風險，提供業者於評選時之參考，可在不同的環境下做不同的檢視，以修正電子銀行之建置。

In recent years, with respect of the information technology's innovation and e-commerce's haracters, many industries utilize the e-commerce to break the onstraints of region and time. It can reduce costs for the labor force and physical equipment and increase competitiveness as well. In terms of the transformation of the technological trend, the banking industries also cater to market demand and provide ecommerce payment services, and construction of electronic banking channels. However, how to allocate the limited resources of the banking industry is the most top issue to comply with existing trading needs and take into account future technological development trend of electronic banking channels.The study concludes the domestic scholars in recent years on the important factors of e-commerce, electronic banking and technology literature of the impact of the banking sector and the selection of electronic banking with senior Bank experts. The study takes the FANP integration of internal ”business environment”, the external ”competitive environment” and ”technology environment” and the mutual influence of the development of relations to construct electronic bank selection decision aids.The FANP is able to be considered for the traditional decision-making in many non-quantitative assessments and to provide the decision makers to assess electronic bank in a systematic way under reduce of the risks of subjective judgments. It also provides reference to the Banking industry to amend the establishment of e-banking in selection decisions with different environments and views.
