在醫療產業市場有限的情形下,必須在成本方面加以控制,本研究目的在建構一套評選醫療外包供應商的準則及其要素。針對醫院之醫療外包供應商評選人員或實際從事供應商評選之相關負責人員進行調查,首先以專家問卷找出醫療外包供應商評選所可能考量的相關指標並產生構面,再以問卷調查法及模糊層級分析法進行醫療產業對於醫療外包供應商評選指標之權重評估。本研究歸納出醫院之醫療外包供應商評選之七大構面,按照其重要性依序為:(1)買方成本、(2)品質能力、(3)交期與信譽、(4)供應能力、(5)服務能力、(6)協調合作能力、(7)技術能力。研究結果可提供醫院負責醫療外包供應商評選之相關人員參考,以降低成本及提高服務品質。
The market of medical industry in Taiwan is limited and difficult to be expanded. So the hospitals have to save the costs. Therefore, the purpose for this research is to establish modals for evaluating appropriate outsourcing candidates. This study interviewed with the outsourcing suppliers selection persons in hospitals to find out the consider criteria of supplier selection for the medical outsourcing suppliers selection and resulted the structural frames. Then fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) was adopted to proceed with weight evaluation for the criteria of the medical outsourcing supplier selection. There are seven structural frames form this research, including: (1)cost of buyer, (2)capability for quality, (3)delivery and credit, (4) the capability of supply, (5)capability of service, (6)capability of cooperate and coordinate, and (7)capability of technology. The conclusion of this study may be a good reference for the outsourcing supplier selection managers of the medical outsourcing supplier selection and related researches to seek lower cost or higher service quality.
