運用模糊層級分析法探究學生核心能力與工作職能在職場上之重要性─以中部某科技大學資訊管理系為例

摘要


高等教育的發展乃是政府為了有效提高國家競爭力及影響力的一項重要政策,然而在提升高等教育學府的數量之外,高等教育學府的教學品質,則是更為重要的議題。 本研究目的乃為探討高等教育體制,對學生培育的各項核心能力與工作職能在企業雇主心中的重要性,希望藉由研究成果提供學校作為制定教育目標之建議。本研究以中部某科技大學資訊管理系為研究之範例,在參考相關文獻進行篩選評估項目後,得出三大構面及十九項評估準則,作為該系畢業生工作職能的評估項目,使用問卷分析後,再運用模糊層級分析法,以瞭解其工作職能中各個項目在企業雇主心中的重要先後順序,接著再透過評量機制,分析目前學生的工作職能養成現況。本研究最後得出下列結論: 一、 工作職能三大構面中,「人格特質與人際關係」在企業雇主及畢業生的心中,皆略高於「專業能力」及「工作服務態度」,而十九項評估準則中,企業雇主認為最重要的前三名分別為「品德操守」、「主動積極」及「技術傳承」;畢業生則認為最重要的前三名為「自信自強」、「盡忠至誠」及「主動積極」。 二、 本研究對研究範例中部某科技大學資訊管理系,進行現階段的工作職能養成現況評量,企業雇主的評分為89分;畢業生的評分為73分,顯示該系對於學生核心能力的培育,獲得企業雇主與畢業生的認同,由此可知該系現階段教育目標的制定是有效的。 由以上結論可知,對於資訊科技服務業而言,在現今的工作環境中,專業能力已經不再是企業雇主徵才時的第一個考量重點,具有積極且正向人格特質的人才,較能獲得雇主青睞。

The development of higher education is an important policy of the government to improve national competitiveness and influence effectively. However, besides increasing the number of higher education institute, the teaching quality of higher education institute is even more important. The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationship between the core abilities of students that are trained from higher education system and the job competencies that are considered by the employers when hiring. This study regards the information management department from a university technology in Central Taiwan as the study case. After referring to relevant documents and selecting the assessing items, three main aspects and 19 assessing criteria are obtained so as to serve as the assessing items for the job competencies of the graduates from that department. After using questionnaire analysis, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to understand the employers’ priority towards every job competency. And then, assessment mechanism is used to analyze the current situation of job competency forming of the students. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. For the three main job competency aspects, both employers and graduates think that ─personality and interpersonal relationship∥ are slightly more important than ─professional ability∥ and ─working attitude∥. For the 19 assessing criteria, the employers think ─morality and integrity∥, ─active and enthusiastic∥, and ─passing on of technique∥ are the most important; the graduates think ─self-confident∥, ─loyal and sincere∥, and ─active and enthusiastic∥ are the most important instead. 2. This study carries out the assessment on current situation of job competency forming for this study case, the information management department from a university technology in Central Taiwan. The score from employers is 89 while the score from graduates is 73, showing that the training of core abilities for the students from that department is recognized by the employers and graduates. Thus, the formulation of the educational objective of that department at the present stage is effective. From the above conclusion, one could know that with regard to the service industry of information technology, professional ability is no longer the first key point that employers consider when hiring in the current work environment, the talents with enthusiastic and positive personality are preferred by the employers more.
