摘要

本研究應用ISO9001方法於手工具產業，分析個案公司的生產現況，提出改善建議，並評估導入成效。本研究以問題特性要因圖、抽樣檢驗表、品質管制圖為工具，藉著生產流程分析以及抽樣檢驗，進行現況分析，從各種分析中，提出問題要點與改善建議，經由分析顯示個案公司在導入ISO9001後，解決了公司現況品質問題，對整體效能有顯著地提昇，提高了服務品質與生產效率。

This paper applied ISO9001 standard to handtoolscompany to analyze the production situation, promote the suggestion of quality improvement, and evaluate the performance after introduced the ISO9001 to case company. In this research, three quality management tools are used.According to the analysis of production process and sampling testing, the current situation of case company is analyzed, and the key problems and its relative improvement suggestion is submitted to the case company. Investigation results show that the quality problems are solved and the performance of case company is better than before.
