製造企業生產能力評估的系統性研究

以製造企業為研究物件，並以其生產現狀為背景。從其內部的工作流程出發，對整個製造過程的生產能力做了系統的分析，提出了一套生產能力評估、平衡、提升的完整評估方案。在對生產能力核算做出系統總結的基礎上，將產能評估理論與實際應用相結合，通過綜合考慮盈利能力評估、市場需求預測、產能評估等因素進行資源平衡調配，為生產與銷售提供決策支援。
