文創產業人才需求整合性實作課程之建構-以國立勤益科大青春音樂季活動為例

The Construction of An Integrated Practical Curriculum for Talents in The Cultural Industry - Take the Youth Music Festival of National Chin-Yi University of Technology As An Example

摘要


過去由於台灣高等教育普及化以及廣設大學等因素,導致技職教育的忽視,最終造成社會人才供需不均與專業能力不符的學用落差。因此實作課程、產學合作、師徒精神等過去強調實務性的技能教育再度被提起,期有效解決學用落差的問題。惟綜觀大專院校所提出的產學計畫,多數聚焦理工而輕人文,渠等現象正是以往台灣以工業為主的發展模式所致。鑑此,政府於民國100年成立文化部,大力推動文創產業,數年來碩果可喜,惟在人才培育方面,則較少有相關資源之挹注,此乃不利於文創產業的長遠發展。由於文創產業的多樣性,在人才需求面向上,需具備設計專長、專案管理、廣告行銷、數位影音、多媒體、企劃、活動舉辦等專業內涵,因此本研究開發出訓練產業人才需求的實作型課程計劃--「青春音樂季─全國數位音樂詞曲創作暨表演大賽」。責成專案讓學生獨立規畫及執行,老師僅擔任諮詢顧問的角色,係本課程最大特色,不僅跳脫一般課程框架,更訓練學生相關專業技能,同步於人際溝通等軟實力之養成,裨益其畢業後銜接職場,方能有效解決文創產業學用落差現象。

In the past, due to the popularization of higher education in Taiwan and the establishment of universities, the neglect of vocational education led to the decline in the use of social talents and the incompatibility of professional competence. Therefore, practical skills such as practical courses, industry-university cooperation, and mentoring spirit have been raised once again, and the problem of learning falls is effectively solved. However, looking at the industry-university plans put forward by colleges and universities, most of the focus on science and technology, light humanities, and other phenomena are the result of Taiwan's industrial -based development model. In view of this, the government established the Ministry of Culture in the 100 years of the Republic of China to vigorously promote the cultural and creative industry. It has been a fruitful result in the past few years. However, in terms of talent cultivation, there are few relevant resources, which is not conducive to the long-term development of cultural and creative industry. Due to the diversity of the cultural and creative industries, in terms of talent demand, it is necessary to have professional expertise in design, project management, advertising marketing, digital audio and video, multimedia, planning, event organization, etc. Therefore, this study has developed a practical curriculum plan for training industry talents -"Youth Music Season-National Digital Music Songwriting and Performance Competition". Instructing the project to allow students to independently plan and execute. The teacher only serves as a consultant. It is the most distinctive feature of the course. It not only breaks the general curriculum framework, but also trains students' relevant professional skills, and synchronizes with the development of soft power such as interpersonal communication. After graduating from the university to the creative industries, we can effectively solve the phenomenon of the learning drop in the use of the cultural and creative industries.
