幼兒身體動作能力之研究

Research of the Motor Ability in Pre-School Children

摘要


目的:檢測四歲與五歲幼兒之坐姿體前彎、單足立、反覆側跳與拍球之身體運動能力並比較其差異。結果發現四歲男幼兒與女幼兒在坐姿體前彎、單足立、反覆側跳與拍球的動作能力上均無顯著差異;五歲男幼兒與女幼兒在單足立、反覆側跳的動作能力上均無顯著差異,但是在坐姿體前彎的數據表現上女幼兒優於男幼兒,而在拍球的數據表現上男幼兒則優於女幼兒。大班幼兒在平衡能力、反覆側跳與拍球次數的數據的表現上明顯優於中班幼兒,但是大班幼兒在坐姿體前彎的表現上與中班並未有顯著的差異。本研究方法能有效區分出幼兒身體動作能力的優劣,故建議幼兒園採用本研究的檢測項目為效標,進行幼兒身體動作能力教學成效的考驗。

Purpose: This study was to test the children aged 4 to 5 with sit and reach, single adachi, repetitive side step jump, bounce the ball, and compare related differences. The results indicated that the 4 years of age boys and girls on the sit and reach, single adachi, repetitive side side step jump, and bounce the ball items testing were no singnificant differences, 5 years of age boys and girls on single adachi, repetitive side step jump items testing were no singnificant differences. Girls did better than boys on the performance of sit and reach, however, boys did better than girls on the performance of bounce the ball. The children 5 years of age were superior to the children 4 years age on the performance of single adachi, repetitive side step jump, and bounce the ball. There were no significant differences between the children 5 years of age and the children 4 years of age on the performance of the sit and reach. This research method made it possible to distinguish between the superior and inferior motor ability performance for the pre-school children, and therefore, we purpose that the kindergarten can adopt this test items as a criterior to assess the teaching effects relating to the motor ability development of the pre-school children.
