幼兒體操活動對動作能力之影響

The Impacts of Young Gymnastics Exercise on Children's Motor Development

摘要


本研究主探討體操課程動作能力之影響。主要以新莊區大班幼兒為研究對象,其中實驗組幼兒16名與對照組16名。在體操活動前進行學前動作粗大動作品質量表(Preschooler Gross MotorQuality Scale, PGMQS)的前測,包含位移能力、物品傳接能力及平衡能力,實施十週每週一次體操活動,每次50分鐘,兩組皆進行後測,將所測結果以相依樣本t檢定及獨立樣本t檢定,統計顯著定為α=.05。本研究主要目的在探討體操活動對於學齡前兒童在動作能力表現差異情形及在相同能力指標上是否有差異。所得結果如下:一、經過十週後,實驗組與對照組在整體動作能力、位移能力、物品傳接能力及平衡能力均達達顯著水準(p<.05);二、實驗組與對照組之後測成績上,位移能力及平衡能力是明顯優於對照組達顯著水準(p<.05);三、男、女幼兒在整體動作能力位移能力、物品傳接能力及平衡能力皆沒有明顯差異。

The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of gymnastic exercise on children's motor skills. The participants were mostly children from kindergartens in Xinzhuang District, including 16 children in the experimental group and 16 children in the control group. The pre-test of Preschooler Gross Motor Quality Scale (PGMQS), including displacement ability, object transmission ability and balance ability, was conducted before the gymnastics activities. The gymnastics activities were conducted once a week for ten weeks, 50 minutes each time, and the post-test was conducted for both groups. The measured results were statistically significant as α=.05 by dependent sample t test and independent sample t test. The main purpose of this study is to explore whether there are differences in the performance of gymnastic for children's motor ability and in the same ability index. The results were as follows: 1.After 10 weeks, the overall motor ability, displacement ability, transfer ability and balance ability of the experimental group and the control group all reached significant level (p<.05); 2.The displacement ability and balance ability of the experimental group and the control group were significantly better than that of the control group (p<.05); 3.There is no significant difference between male and female children in the overall movement ability, displacement ability, object transfer ability and balance ability.
