幼教事業組織學習之個案研究

摘要


面臨少子化與經濟不景氣,迫使幼教機構招生數量減少外,市場競爭也日益激烈。此時,若干幼教機構透過組織學習,要求組織成員利用知識,尋求一連串行動與最終願景連結關係,致使自身能順利立於不敗競爭優勢。本研究透過個案方式,針對一家經營卓越的幼教機構,探討事業發展擘建,組織學習機制及推動的歷程。經由深度訪談及文件分析,獲知組織學習機制,可提供資源基礎競爭能力,進而協助幼教事業,成功地進行定位發展。

Owing to rate of birth decrease and economic slump the preschool institution faces to solicit students more difficult and compete in preschool education market place more vigorous. At this time, some preschool education organizations use organizational learning to request members to make use of knowledge, look for linkage relation of a series of actions and final vision to. Results cause themselves to be able to stand on sustainable competitive advantage. About one preschool institution with conducting superior, the research use case study to explore establishment of enterprise development. and processes of organizational learning mechanism and promotion . Value of this paper lies in the synthesis of evidence from deep interviews and document analysis that organizational learning mechanism can offer resource-based competitive ability and assist preschool institution to gain position development.
