This study investigated the moderating effect of public servant's psychosocial safety climate on the relationships between job demand and job depression, and explored the relationship among psychosocial safety climate, job engagement and job satisfaction. This paper collected 301 valid samples from public sector in Taiwan and used structural equation model to test the hypotheses established. The results confirmed that: psychosocial safety climate moderated the relationships between job demand and job depression; job depression negatively affected job engagement and job satisfaction; job satisfaction positively influenced job engagement and job satisfaction.
