公務員心理安全氣候、工作憂鬱影響工作敬業、工作滿意關係之研究

摘要


本研究主要探討公務員心理安全氣候,是否調節工作要求、工作憂鬱間關係之分析。同時探討心理安全氣候如何影響公務員工作敬業和工作滿意認知。本文針對政府公務員進行問卷施測,共獲取有效問卷301份。利用結構化方程模式驗證所設立的假設。研究結果證實:公務員心理安全認知調節工作要求、工作憂鬱間關係;工作憂鬱負向影響工作敬業、工作滿意;心理安全氣候正向影響工作敬業、工作滿意。

This study investigated the moderating effect of public servant's psychosocial safety climate on the relationships between job demand and job depression, and explored the relationship among psychosocial safety climate, job engagement and job satisfaction. This paper collected 301 valid samples from public sector in Taiwan and used structural equation model to test the hypotheses established. The results confirmed that: psychosocial safety climate moderated the relationships between job demand and job depression; job depression negatively affected job engagement and job satisfaction; job satisfaction positively influenced job engagement and job satisfaction.
