This research is focused on the reuse of waste materials in terms of the ground granulated blastfumace slag (GGBS) and oyster shell powder (OSP). We study the fundamental behavior of materials to form the porous concrete. The parameters have been tested including the water-binder ratio, aged, and OSP amount. Fist, the fundamental properties of the cement, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate are tested The test samples are made for the fine aggregate of concrete component replayed by 10%、20%及30% of the OSP. We design the formulation of porous concrete and examine the mechanical properties and permeability test to apply on the structure of ecological engineering. The test results show that the porous concrete added 10% of the OSP can improve the engineering properties of concrete. The permeability of porousity concrete will decrease with increasing the proportion of the OSP in the concrete.
