網路取得的便捷性使得上網成為大學生活的重要部分,也導致學生成為網路沉迷問題的高危險群。然而,網路對於學生的吸引力勝於困擾,他們自覺在現實與虛擬之間能夠有效的平衡而達到適應。本研究以技職院校的學生為對象,透過團體輔導與問卷調查,了解技職院校學生網路沉迷方面的情形,以及學生對於使用網路的困擾狀況。本研究將大學生實際的網路沉迷的情形和自己所感受的困擾情形加以比較,發現五種網路沉迷指標均達顯著差異,然而在是否感受網路沉迷的困擾,卻未達顯著差異,受試者認為必要時,也可以找出方法,讓自己不要沉迷於網路。
Internet affects all aspects of life by a number of direct and indirect effects, from commercial transactions, interpersonal forms of life,. It is not only a medium of communication, but also an activity field, all colleges effort to promote the premise of information technology, campus network is available free of charge to students. The convenience of Internet becomes an important part of college life and increases the students become internet addiction's high-risk group. Although many young students spend a lot of time on the internet each day, for them, the internet is also more attractive then trouble, they think they can balance the real and virtual and achieve the adaptation. Therefore, internet usage behavior is worth exploring in depth. In this study, through group counseling qualitative research and quantitative survey research, trying to understand the students of technical and vocational college in the case of internet addiction.
