This study investigated the relationships among Mongolian civil servants' job mobility, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational identification and turnover intention. There was almost no research exploring Mongolia's civil servants in Taiwan, it is worth deeply studying. This paper collected 195 valid samples from Mongolia public sectors and used structural equation model to test the hypothesis established. The results confirmed that: civil servants' job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational identity negatively affected turnover intention; job mobility positively influnced turnover intention.
