工作流動認知影響離職意願之研究:以蒙古國公務員為例

A Study of the Influence of Job Mobility on Turnover Intention-The Case form Mongolia's Civil Servants

摘要


本研究探討蒙古國公務員工作流動、工作滿意、組織承諾、組織認同和離職意願的關連。國內有關蒙古公務員之研究幾乎沒有,十分值得探究。本文針對蒙古國公務員進行施測,共獲取有效問卷195份。利用結構化方程模式驗證所設立的假設。研究結果證實:工作滿意、組織承諾、組織認同負向影響公務員的離職意向;工作流動正向影響離職意向。

This study investigated the relationships among Mongolian civil servants' job mobility, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational identification and turnover intention. There was almost no research exploring Mongolia's civil servants in Taiwan, it is worth deeply studying. This paper collected 195 valid samples from Mongolia public sectors and used structural equation model to test the hypothesis established. The results confirmed that: civil servants' job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational identity negatively affected turnover intention; job mobility positively influnced turnover intention.
