The purpose of this study is to explore promotion of internship policies enables students to accumulate sufficient energy during the school education period to enhance their employability. Study finds that the internship curriculum was promoted by the organization's policy. The Ministry of Education instructed the school to develop relevant internship methods. The department organization selected qualified students for interview. Most students did not join the institutional agencies. And whether the student's application for professionalism and interest meets the needs of the organization requires more planning. Students in the middle and senior grades must collect characteristics and job requirements of the internship organization, actively cultivate their own professional abilities to apply their knowledge and find more suitable internship companies.
