中等學校實習教師實習困擾及其因應策略之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探究實習教師之實習困擾、因應策略,及實習困擾對其之專業成長影響,藉由文獻探討發展本研究之研究架構,並以文件分析法及半結構式訪談法作為資料搜集方式。研究對象則採立意取樣,選取已完成教師實習並考取教師證照之實習教師進行訪談。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the intern problems and coping strategies of the intern teachers, as well as the impact of the intern problems on their professional growth. The research framework is developed by literature discussion, and the data collection method were by both document analysis and semi-structured interview. The object of the study is to sample the intern teachers who have completed the educational practice and obtained the teaching certificate.
