中等學校教育實習輔導實施現況之研究

A Study on the Education Mentoring Implementation in High Schools

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解現行教育實習輔導所面臨的問題、教育實習輔導策略與教育實習課程的滿意度。為達成研究目的,本研究以問卷調查法為主,深度訪談為輔,以94學年度中等學校的一年制實習教師與半年制實習學生為研究對象,探討其覺知的教育實習課實施滿意度;同時,以三位實習指導教師及實習輔導教師為對象進行深度訪問。本研究歸納結論如下: 一、中等學校實習教師(學生)對教育實習課程稍感滿意。 二、不同教育實習制度、師資培育之大學、教育實習機構別及實習機構規模的實習教師(學生),其滿意度有顯著差異。 三、教育實習制度與師資培育之大學、教育實習機構對實習課程滿意度有交互作用。 四、半年制教育實習輔導面臨實習時間不足問題。 五、半年制與一年制教育實習教師(學生)的學習態度並無差異。 六、半年制與一年制的平時輔導策略無差異。 七、半年制與一年制的巡迴輔導、通訊輔導與諮詢輔導策略無差異。

The study aimed to understand the problems and the strategies when the education mentoring was implemented during the internship. Moreover, the perception of intern teachers’/students’ satisfaction toward the educational practicum program was analyzed. In order to achieve the aims, the use of questionnaire was mainly conducted through the study, with complement of semi-structured in-depth interview. The participants in the questionnaire survey were those undergoing the one-year and half-year internship in the high schools; three mentor teachers and three university supervisors were interviewed. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1.The interns in high schools were satisfied with the educational practicum program. 2.The differences were significant on the different length of the internship, teacher training institutes, education internship institutes, and the size of education internship institutes. 3.Significant interactions existed between the length of the internship and teacher training institutes, and also between the length of the internship and education internship institutes on the satisfaction. 4.The problem in the education mentoring of half-year internship was the deficient time for the interns to practice. 5.There was no difference on the learning attitude between one-year interns and half-year interns. 6.The strategies of ordinary mentor, circuit mentor, communicating mentor, and consulting mentor were adopted similarly between one-year interns and half-year interns.
