This article proposes a way which makes the domestic and foreign Judo literature uniform. How international competition and rule evolution will be utilized in training and referenced by future contestants. Judo players should decide their Judo special technical skill as early as possible. By doing so, they could develop in-depth understanding and build up his/her familiarity with his/her physical types, and further apply the features of their physical types to improve their special technical skill. Furthermore, how to perform fast/high-speed and sustain intensity of hand grab, to apply technical skills, and to manage operation time for floor routine in contests is the most important training task tor current Judo players. Recent studies on Judo techniques have been widely discussed and provided in-depth analyses, and therefore, this phenomenon further promotes researchers in Taiwan to employ systematic as well as scientific methodologies to investigate the development of Judo techniques. Moreover, the analyses of attaching skills used in international contests prepare our players for attacks and throw returning. Lastly, coaches and players should be familiar with the evolvement of Judo rules, and this will help them plan their training orientation for special technical skill.
