大專棒球運動員學習壓力與組織承諾之相關研究

A Study of the Relationship between Learn Stress and Organizational Commitment for the College Baseball Players

摘要


本研究主要目的在瞭解大專棒球球員學習壓力和組織承諾之間的關係。籍由參考學生的壓力與組織承諾等相關文獻和量表作為工具,以台灣地區棒球選手262人為研究對象。所得資料以統計套裝軟體執行描述性統計、積差相關等分析。研究結果顯示:課業學習壓力各層面排序高低為課業壓力、考試壓力、同儕競爭;運動學習壓力各層面排序高低為競賽壓力、訓練壓力、身心壓力;組織承諾各層面排序高低為團隊認同、努力意願、留隊傾向。此外,學習壓力與組織承諾呈負相關,其中留隊傾向與課業、運動壓力為中度負相關。本研究證實學習壓力確實與組織承諾有相當程度的關係。最後,建議可提早對選手作此測驗,亦可對全國之高中棒球球員進行全面檢測,以了解全國高中棒球球員學習壓力與組織承諾,並作一比較。

The main purpose of this study was to understand relationships among the learning stress and organizational commitment of college Baseball player. The researcher of this study applied questionnaires survey, and referring to the documents relating to student's learning stress and organizational commitment in schools and the chart of self-made ”Questionnaires On learning stress and organizational commitment” as the resources of information, The research objects were 262 Baseball player's in Taiwan. The data was analyzed through the methods of Descriptive Statistics, Pearson's product moment correlation. The result of the research has two aspects of learning stress. First academic stress was three factors of tendency of academic, examination and Colleagues' Pressure Second sport stress was three factors of tendency of competition, training and health. And than organizational commitment has three factors. Factor of team identification. Factor of Effort intention, Factor of keep team favor. Other result, The study reveals negative correlation between learn stress and college Baseball player's organizational commitment, among middle correlation with keep team favor and learning stress. The results of this research state that different stress of baseball player in primary unit does influence their organizational commitment. It was suggested for the researchers in the future. Help to player develop the second kind of professional skills and to make an overall examination for the national senior high player. And comparison should be made between this study and others.
