摘要

在繁忙的現代社會，工作壓力與日俱增，更突顯出藉由休閒活動的參與，降低生活壓力的重要性。節慶活動是成長最快速的觀光項目，更是廣受歡迎。在台灣每年354個節慶中，平安鹽祭兼具生態、生產、生活的活動設計吸引大量人潮的參與，是成功的節慶活動。本文蒐集文獻資料加以探討平安鹽祭的創意主軸，並以SWOT分析找出平安鹽祭的優勢、劣勢，機會和威脅。本研究分析並探討平安鹽祭的休閒效益分別為，個人效益、社會文化效益、環境與教育效益、經濟效益。結論提出具體的建議：一、增加導覽與解說人員；二、擴大平安鹽祭的國際參與；三、增加鹽袋的數量並舉辦設計比賽；四、重視遊客參與的滿意度和意見表達。

In the busy modern society, working pressure grows with each passing day. It manifests the importance of participating in leisure activities to reduce pressure in life. Festive activities are the fastest growing tourist and the most popular items. Among 354 annual festivals in Taiwan, the Peace Salt Ritual is designed based on ecology, production and living to attract a great number of people and is a successful festive activity. Literature information was collected to explore the innovative core of the Peace Salt Ritual and its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were analyzed by SWOT in this research. The leisure benefits of the Peace Salt Ritual include the effects of individuals, the effects of social culture and the effects of the environment and education. Specific suggestions are proposed as follows: 1. to increase the numbers of guides and narrators; 2. to expand the Peace Salt Ritual 10 an international level; 3. to enhance the amount of the salt bags and ho ld a design contest; and 4. to take satisfaction and opinions of participant tourists seriously.
