居民對於發展農村生態旅遊意向與預期效益之研究－以關山鎮親水休閒農業區為例

摘要

本研究依研究動機與目的，以居住於關山親水休閒農業區域內之居民為研究對象，採用問卷調查方式與SPSS 20.0、AMOS 20.0進行實證分析。此間，本研究旨在瞭解農村生態旅遊認知、發展態度、社區意識影響參與意向與預期效益間的關聯性，並以結構方程模式驗證各構面模式之適合度及其潛在變數間之影響關係。
研究結果顯示，本研究藉由農村生態旅遊認知、發展態度、社區意識來建構居民之參與意向與預期效益之衡量模式，可以用來解釋與預測農村生態旅遊認知、發展態度、社區意識、參與意向與預期效益等五構面間之直接與間接效果之交互影響關係，其中，以參與意向對預期效益之影響程度最高。最後，本研究依研究結果進一步提出管理意涵，並提出具體可行之建議供社區發展相關組織及政府相關輔導單位在規劃與執行上之參考。

The study is in accordance with the research motivation and objectives, the residents who live in Chin-Shui Leisure Agriculture Area received interview as an object, also by question papers inquiring way with the empirical data was analyzed by using the SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 . Moreover, the purpose of this study is based on understanding the correlation between the residents’s perceptions of rural ecotourism, development attitude, sense of community influenced on participative intention and expected benefit. And used the structural equation modeling to test and investigate each aspect with its theory potentials variably affect the relation.
The results showed that, in this study, we can through the residents’s perceptions of rural ecotourism, development attitude and the sense of community to established the theory of participative intention and expected benefit measurement model .It can be used to explain and predict the perceptions of rural ecotourism, development attitude, the sense of community, participative intention and expected benefit, which the interaction of the direct and indirect effect of these 5forms of dimension influences its interaction relationship, which participative intention make the highest degree of impact on expected benefits. Finally, according to the findings of this study it further put the implications of management, and to present the concrete feasible suggestions for the community development units and relevant government guidance unit of references in the planning and implementation.
