This study is to explore the tourism motivation and prepare a consent perception scale of the motivation with acceptable reliability and validity. With 790 valid questionnaires, descriptive statistics, averages, factor analysis and variance analysis were processed. The three highest leisure and tourism motivation derived are "walk and chat" (M=4.07), "night view watch" (M=3.96), "being with lover in romantic mood" (M=3.93). Four factors, extracted by factor analysis, were "relaxation", "Walking chat", "watch dining" and "relaxed Dog strolling". Resulted from t test and one-way Anova, there are significant differences within the demographic variables regarding to the four factors as variance showed.
