台灣休閒農業與在學學生產學合作成效之探討

Investigation of the Effects of Taiwan Recreational Farms' Owners and College Students on Their Satisfaction Rating for the Cooperative Field Study Programs

摘要

本研究以參與「台灣休閒農場與在學學生產學合作計畫」實習學生、指導老師及提供實習地點之農場業者為調查對象，期透過文獻探討及問卷調查法以瞭解三者之滿意度及實施成效。研究結果發現參與計畫之學校、學生及業者均有顯著增加，學生實習成功率達99％。該計畫受到參與者一致的支持，其中以老師最為肯定，其次是業者。同時發現影響實習生滿意度的主要因素來自業者提供的工作環境。

The main purpose of this study aims to investigate the overall satisfaction and achievements of college students from the Overseas Chinese Institute of Technology practiced at some selected Taiwan recreation farms. We have investigated the satisfaction rates through Questionnaire/Literature reviews among teachers, students and the owners of selected recreation farms in this field study. I t is seen that the most care for the students attended this enterprise-college cooperative field-study program is the working surroundings/conditions, followed by faculty advice, and then the management of the owners of the recreational farms. The successful rate of attendance for these students in this program is 99%.
