運動中心人力資源管理之初探

摘要


現今各地區的運動中心逐漸興建,為增加全民運動、提升健康適能以及相關系所人才能有就業機會,本研究以人力資源管理對於運動中心的重要性為主,探討運動中心與人力資源管理的概念,並瞭解運動中心所必須的人力資源管理人才的需求。本研究採文獻分析法,將所蒐集之期刊、論文及書籍等加以整理、歸納、分析、解釋來進行研究探討。本研究結果得知:一、人力資源管理在運動中心的運作上,不論是在功能上的五個方向得依照工作內容分析,或是在角色上的學習,都是員工必須努力的地方。一個成功的企業組織必須要有好的管理者來帶領各層級及各部門的專業人才,用腦帶人也要用心帶人,必要的是擁有一套管理及訓練的方式來監督員工,才能讓運動中心在人力資源管理的規劃上更有秩序;二、國內與國外的運動中心以OT及BOT的差別方式在經營,但是由於機構的人力加上運動中心聘用的人力不足,故使專業人才不足以來經營運動中心,多數由機構的人力來經營。

Today, the Sports Center gradually build in region. To increase national sport, improve the health fitness of the people in order to have jobs related departments. The research importance of human resource management for the main Sports Center. Sports Center and discuss human resources management concepts and understand the needs of sports necessary human resources management talent. This study adopts literature analysis, will be collected in the journals, papers and books to organize, summarize, analyze, interpret research to explore. The results of this study that: One, human resources management in the operation of sports, whether it is five directionsin the functional content was analyzed in accordance with the work, or study in the role of local employees must all endeavor. A successful organization must have a good manager to lead professionals at all levels and departments, with the brain with the intention to bring people who have, it is necessary to have a way to monitor the management and training of staff, in order to make sports center in a more orderly in human resource management planning; Second, the domestic and foreign sports center with OT and the way in operating BOT differences, but because of lack of manpower agencies plus sports center hiring of manpower, it allows professionals since the lack of operating sports center, most of the Agency's human resources to operate.
