籃球裁判執法工作壓力與工作熱情之研究

A Study of Law Enforcement of Job Stress and Job Passion for Basketball Referees

摘要


本研究目的為:一、發展一份具有信、效度的籃球裁判執法工作壓力量表;二、發展一份具有信、效度的籃球裁判工作熱情量表;三、比較不同層級的籃球裁判分別在執法工作壓力與工作熱情上的差異。本研究以101 年台北市中正盃籃球錦標賽及101 年全國中正盃大學暨中學校際籃球賽中執法裁判為第一階段研究量表編製的研究對象,共134 人(M=38.8+7.6 歲);再以102 學年度大專運校籃球運動聯賽分區預賽之執法裁判作為第二階段之研究對象,共206 人(M=32.6+10.1 歲)。所蒐集的資料以探索性因素分析、項目分析及單因子變異數 (one-way ANOVA) 進行資料處理。所得結果為:一、籃球裁判執法工作壓力量表共有三個分量表(擔心暴力衝突、擔心判決爭議、擔心外在因素),各分量表的Cronbach’s α係數分別為0.92、0.90 及0.86,總解釋變異量為69.83%;二、籃球裁判工作熱情量表共有兩個分量表(調和式熱情、強迫式熱情),各分量表的Cronbach’s α係數分別為0.91 及0.87,總解釋變異量為69.43%;三、不同層級的籃球裁判在執法工作壓力上差異達顯著水準,而在工作熱情上則差異未達顯著水準。本研究結論為:文中所編製的兩份量表皆具有相當程度的信、效度,且年資對於籃球裁判來說是重要抗壓的因素。

The purposes of this study were: 1. to develop a reliable and valid inventory of law enforcement of job stress for of basketball referees; 2. to develop a reliable and valid inventory of job passion for basketball referees; 3. to compare the differences of law enforcement of job stress and job passion separately between the basketball referees with different levels. There were 134 (36.2+9.4yr) basketball referees used in the first stage who was working to 2012 Chung-Chong Cup Basketball Games in Taipei and Miaoli city. Subjects were 206 (38.8+7.6yr) basketball referees in the second stage who was working to 2013 University Basketball Association. The collected data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, item analysis, and one-way ANOVA. The results were as follows: 1. Job Stress in Basketball Referee Inventory had three sub-scales (to worry violence conflict, to worry judgment controversy, to worry external factor). The coefficients of Cronbach’s α in three sub-scales were 0.92, 0.90 and 0.86, and the total variance was 69.83%. 2. Job Passion in Basketball Referee Inventory had two sub-scales (harmonious passion, forced passion). The coefficients of Cronbach’s α in two sub-scale were 0.91 and 0.87, and the total variance was 69.43%. 3. There were no differences between the levels of job stress in basketball referees, and there were no differences in passion of job. The conclusion of this study was to establish two inventories that have acceptable reliability and validity, and the seniority was a factor affecting stress of job in basketball referees.
