強力瑜珈連續犬式動作教學流程指引

Instruction for Continuous Mukha Svanasana of Powerful Yoga

摘要


本文透過圖解分析的方式,介紹強力瑜珈連續犬式的動作流程,以作為連續犬式教學過程的探討,目的在提高強力瑜珈連續犬式教學與學習的參考依據,減輕連續犬式的學習困難度,並進而避免發生因錯誤動作而造成的傷害。本文對連續犬式基本動作教學設計模式進行細部解構:一、上犬式準備式;二、上犬式起式;三、上犬式頂端停留姿勢;四、下犬式準備式;五、下犬式起式;六下犬式轉換;七、下犬式頂端姿勢以及連續犬式動作轉換間的呼吸配合與圖解連續犬式動作流程。藉由漸進引導、動作分解、錯誤指出、修正練習,將有助於學生體驗漸進的、有效的動作學習過程,配上階段動作與呼吸調息來建構連續犬式動作實施的流暢性,並提升實施動作的效果以促進胸、腹部與背、臀部大肌肉群的強化。而流暢美妙的連續犬式不但養氣強筋骨,還能令人身心舒暢,亦可為平日的養身健康體操。

The purpose of this paper is to improve the instructing and learning references of Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward-facing dog pose) and Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (upward-facing dog pose) of the powerful yoga, to reduce learning difficulty, and to avoid the occurrence of malfunction due to damage caused through the graphical analysis. This paper further deconstructed the instructional design model of basic movement of continuous Mukha Svanasana of Powerful Yoga, guided by progressive action decomposition and pointed out the error correction exercises to help students experience a gradual and effective operation of the learning process. Beautiful and smooth continuous Mukha Svanasana raise not only strong bones and muscles, but also very refreshing, also for the cultivation weekdays health gymnastics.
