2015年亞洲男子籃球錦標賽我國與各參賽國攻防技術與年齡體格之比較探討

Analysis of Offense-Defense Techniques and Age and Physique of Taiwan and Other Participating Countries in 2015 FIBA Asia Championship

摘要

本文的研究目的旨在分析2015 年亞洲男子籃球錦標賽中華隊與亞洲各參賽國的年齡、體格與攻防技術上是否有明顯的差異，且依照結果加以探討並提出建言。本文研究對象含括參賽的16 個國家；189 名選手。分別以各國選手的年齡、身高、平均每場得分、平均每場進攻籃板、平均每場防守籃板、平均每場助攻、二分球命中率、三分球命中率與罰球命中率等表現為研究變項，並將中華隊預賽及排名賽之表現進行整理與分類，以描述性統計的平均數、標準差進行分析來描述各項資料。結果發現：一、中華隊是參賽的16 國當中，唯二平均年齡超過30歲的國家，團隊年齡偏高。二、中華隊的平均身高（191.8 公分）僅略高於香港、馬來西亞及新加坡三國，團隊身高偏矮。三、中華隊在排名賽的表現比分組預賽的表現傑出，在二分球方面，命中率提升了8.2％；在三分球方面，命中率提升了19.5％；在罰球方面，命中率更大幅提升了23.5％；而平均得分則為：105.0比77.3 分。至於籃板與助攻，除了進攻籃板之外，其他的表現亦是排名賽優於分組預賽，特別是助攻，更是進步了將近一倍之多。承上所示，中華隊除身高及年齡之外的數據表現並不差，但導致名次不佳的主因還是在：遇強則弱；遇弱則強的現象。準此，除了加強選材與專項技術之外，提升鬥志力、抗壓性、專注力與自信心等心理構面的因素亦是籃協日後訓練的重點。

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a significant difference in the age, physique and offense-defense techniques between Taiwan and Asian countries in 2015 FIBA Asia Championship, and to make recommendations based on the results. This study was conducted in 16 countries with 189 participants. Respectively, the age of each player, height, the average score per game, the average offensive rebounds, the average defensive rebounds, the average assists per game, 2 Points FG, 3 Points FG and free throws. And the Taiwan team preliminary round and classification round performance sorting and classification, descriptive statistics to the average, standard deviation analysis to describe the information. The findings were as follows：First, the Taiwan team is participating in the 16 teams, the only two more than 30-year-old country, the team age is older. Second, the average height of the Taiwan team (191.8 cm) is only slightly higher than Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, the team height is short. Third, the Taiwan team in the classification round performance than the preliminary round outstanding performance in the 2 Points FG , the accuracy increased by 8.2%; in 3 Points FG, the accuracy increased by 19.5%; the free throw percentage , The accuracy of a substantial increase of 23.5%; and the average score was: 105vs. 77.3 points. As for the rebounds and assists, in addition to offensive rebounds, the other performance is ranked well than the preliminary round, especially assists, it is progressed nearly doubled. As shown above, the Taiwan team's in addition to height and age outside the performance of the data is not bad, but the main cause of poor ranking or in: The stronger one's opponent is, the weaker one will become; however, the weaker one's opponent is, the stronger one will become. Therefore, in addition to strengthening the selection and special skills, the promotion of psychological quality is also the focus of future training in CTBA.
