園藝治療對工作壓力與身心福祉效益之探討-以成大醫院工作人員為例

The Effects of Horticultural Therapy on Work-Related Stress and Well-Being: The Case of National Cheng Kung University Hospital Staff

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討園藝治療對工作壓力及身心福祉效益之影響。本研究以成大醫院工作人員為對象,實驗組24人,控制組23人共47人,利用為期4週園藝治療課程,以園藝治療福祉效益量表及勞工職業壓力量表(工作壓力反應亞量表、工作滿意亞量表及一般健康亞量表)來測量,針對課程參與者進行前測、後測、追蹤測,資料以獨立樣本單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)、二因子混合設計等統計方法進行分析。結果發現(一)性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、子女數、服務年資、服務科別及對園藝活動是否感興趣在工作壓力反應、工作滿意及一般健康之前、後及追蹤測驗分數無顯著差異;(二)無論有、無參與種子盆栽課程介入者,其在工作壓力反應、工作滿意、一般健康及福祉效益之前、後及追蹤測驗分數無顯著差異。

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of horticultural therapy on work stress and well-being among staffs of a university hospital. The quasi-experimental design is used, with 24 participants for the experimental group and 23 participants for the control group. The interventions of horticultural therapy classes last four weeks. The pre-test, post-test, and follow-up test were conducted with job stress reaction inventory, job satisfaction scale, and general health questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and two-way mixed ANOVA. Findings showed that firstly there was no significant difference in pre-test, post-test, and follow-up test on work stress, job satisfaction and general health by demographic items (gender, age, marital status, educational level, number of children, job tenure, service department, interest of horticulture) and; secondly, there was no significant difference in pre-test, post-test, and follow-up test on work stress, job satisfaction, general health and well-being between experimental and control groups.
