關注動作問題對於自閉症者早期療育的幫助

摘要

自閉症者時常伴隨有動作問題，然而動作發展卻一直是自閉症族群中一個常常被忽視的臨床評估和早期介入規劃的領域。動作能力是嬰兒時期最快速發展的部分且是早期發展社交互動的重要技能之一，也是家人最容易觀察到並辨識出的發展遲滯警訊，或許有機會能更早找到高風險兒，以及早接受療育，獲得較好的預後。

This article reveals findings on earliest signs of motor delay in infants and in older children with autism. Movement analysis in infancy may be useful for early diagnosis of autism. Building strong motor skills may help children with autism develop better social and communicative skills.
