瑜珈運動對國小自閉症兒童動作協調能力及平衡能力之影響

摘要


本研究旨在探討瑜珈運動對國小自閉症兒童的動作協調能力及平衡能力的影響,採用不等組前、後測的研究設計,以17名國小自閉症兒童為研究對象, 實驗組8名,對照組7名,實驗組除了學校的體育課程外,另外進行每週二次,每次40分鐘,為期十週的瑜珈運動課程;對照組只進行學校的體育課程,未施予實驗處理。 本研究以「Movement ABC-2」、「Zebris測力板」為研究工具,比較實驗組與對照組兒童在課程前、後,在動作協調能力和平衡能力的變化,將所得量化資料以無母數統計進行資料處理。 本研究主要發現如下: 1.在動作協調方面,瑜珈運動介入能有效提升國小自閉症兒童在Movement ABC-2「手部靈活度量表」、「平衡量表」及「總量表」上的表現。 2.在平衡方面,瑜珈運動介入能有效提升國小自閉症兒童在張眼時Zebris測力板「壓力中心軌跡長度」及「擺動速率」上的表現。 3.在平衡方面,瑜珈運動介入未能有效提升國小自閉症兒童在閉眼時Zebris測力板「擺動面積」、「壓力中心軌跡長度」及「擺動速率」上的表現。 根據上述研究結果,研究者提出具體建議,以供後續研究者及教學者參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of yoga exercise on motor coordination and balance of elementary school age children with autism spectrum disorders. This study was using inequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Participants were invited an assigned to the experiment group (n=8) or control group (n=7). In addition to the school's physical education courses, the experimental group also conducted a 10-week yoga exercise courses twice a week for 40 minutes. The control group only conducted physical education courses in the school and did not give experimental treatment. Two kinds of measurements were used in this study, Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2 (Movement ABC-2) and Zebris Force Measuring Platform, compared the amount of change in pre-test and post-test between experimental group and control group. The quantitate data was analyzed by non-parametric statistics. The analysis of covariance found the following results: 1.After the intervention of yoga exercise, children with autism spectrum disorders in the experimental group were significantly improved manual dexterity and balance scores of the movement ABC-2. 2.After the intervention of yoga exercise, children with autism spectrum disorders in the experimental group were significantly improved balance in CoP path length and sway rate of Zebris Force Measuring Platform with opened eyes. 3.After the intervention of yoga exercise, children with autism spectrum disorders in the experimental group were not significantly improved balance in sway area, CoP path length and sway rate of Zebris Force Measuring Platform with closed eyes. Based on the above findings, the researcher made specific recommendations for further researchers and teaching reference.
