Yoga has been popular in Taiwan in recent years, and it is a new trend for people to seek for good health and relaxing their bodies and souls. Many people are willing to know their bodies more and to spend more time listening to the voice from their own bodies. We collect and analyze the literatures related to yoga to generate the Hatha Yoga curriculum model and movement exercises. The curriculum of Hatha Yoga is composed of 3 stages in warm up, work up, and cool-down. Each stage is designed in different exercise intensities. We expect this paper to be the reference for physical education teachers and trainers in instructing their students.
