Parental Stress and Parenting Self-Efficacy for Young Children with Special Needs: Practical Implications

摘要


特殊需求幼兒家長在幼兒發展上扮演了舉足輕重的角色,若可瞭解家長之壓力來源為何,其與親職效能感之關聯為何,便可擬定相關因應策略。因此文中將探討親職壓力及親職效能感之意涵與相關影響因素,並以筆者實務經驗為例,提出建議作法,以期改善家庭功能並促進幼兒發展。

Families of young children with special needs play a crucial role in early childhood development. Determining the sources of parenting stress and the correlation between parenting stress and self-efficacy can aid in the establishment of coping strategies. Accordingly, this paper discusses the concepts of parenting stress and parenting self-efficacy, with the author's practical experience serving as an example, and offers suggestions to improve family function and promote early childhood development.
