目的:探討兩種不同頻率全身振動訓練對手球選手球速(7公尺罰球射門及交叉步射門球速)表現之影響。方法:以18名高中男子手球校隊為受試者,並依照平衡次序法依序進行三種不同訓練(高頻刺激:頻率40Hz、振幅8mm;低頻刺激:頻率20Hz、振幅8mm;控制組:無振動刺激)。研究數據以前測表現為共變數,進行單因子共變數分析三組間訓練後是否有顯著差異。結果:在7公尺罰球射門表現,低頻組與高頻組在進行8週全身振動訓練後,高頻組的訓練後組間效果達顯著差異;而控制組與高頻組在後測比較,高頻組的訓練後組間效果達顯著差異。在交叉步射門球速表現,低頻組與高頻組在進行8週全身振動訓練後,高頻組的訓練後組間效果達顯著差異。結論:為連續8週、每週3次、每次12分鐘外加的全身振動訓練(頻率:20與40Hz、振幅:8mm),可有效增進7公尺罰球射門及交叉步射門之球速表現。又以高頻組的效果最為顯著。
Purpose: Investigate the effect of two different frequencieseffects of wholebodyvibration trainingon the shot speed (penalty-throw, crossover-step shot) performance of handball players. Methods:eighteensenior high school handball playerswere recruited in thisstudy. All of the subjects received 3 different intervention, which were high frequency vibration (frequency/amplitude: 40Hz/8mm), low frequency vibration (frequency/amplitude: 20Hz/8mm) and controlgroup (no vibration). One way ANCOVA was used to examine the differences between the groups after training with pretest values as a covariate and the significance. Results: in thepenalty-throw, low frequency and high frequencyafter eight weeks Wholebody Vibration Training, the high frequency had significantly (p<.05 ) increased both shot speed. Conclusions: it is cleared that additional wholebodyvibration trainingcould improvethe shot speed performance in young handball players and the high frequencyvibration had significantly increased bothlow frequency vibrationand controlgroup.
