排球比賽針對快速扣球攻擊戰術之防守方法解析

摘要

現代排球以快速扣球為核心的集體配合戰術幾乎被所有的球隊所採用，從整體上加強了進攻的威力，同時也給防守一方帶來相當大的困難。如何防守或減弱對方發動的強大的快速扣球攻擊，已成為排球防守方面一個亟待解決的問題。本文從發球、攔網和後排防守三個方面探討，針對防守快速扣球戰術的方法加以論述，並提出具體訓練方法，包括強化發球效率、組織攔網戰術及防守隊型變化等，提供排球訓練者參考。

Quick spiking as the core of collectively cooperative tactic is used by almost every modern volleyball team. It not only enhances the power of attacking but also brings considerable difficulties to the defensive side. How to defend or weaken the powerful Quick spiking launched by the opponent has become an urgent problem in volleyball defense. This article discusses the defensive methods for the quick spiking tactic from three aspects including serving, blocking and back-row defending, and provides specific training protocols as references for volleyball trainers.
