新編京劇《金鎖記》中的社會戲劇論析

摘要


《金鎖記》是知名作家張愛玲十分膾炙人口的小說作品,張愛玲不只參與電影劇本編寫,對於傳統戲曲也深感興趣,因此曾撰寫文章來點評她所看過的京劇。新編京劇《金鎖記》是由王安祈、趙雪君兩人依據張愛玲同名原著加以改寫,劇中除了原著故事以外,還融合了張愛玲另外一本小說《怨女》的部份情節,試圖以綜合性的現代設計方法,呈現不同於傳統京劇的表現。二十世紀的學者維克多•特納畢生致力於人類學的研究,在研究非洲部落社會種種行為與儀式之後,提出「社會戲劇」理論,提出包含分裂、危機、修補行動、再整合或無法挽回的分裂四個階段,以及結構和反結構的概念,用來解釋人類社會的發展及衝突事件的歷程,本文即是以「社會戲劇」理論來分析新編京劇《金鎖記》當中的劇情脈絡與儀式成分。

The Golden Cangue was written by the famous author Eileen Chang, and this novel of hers has won the universal praise. Eileen Chang not only adapted the script writing for the movies, she also expressed a great interest in traditional Chinese operas. Therefore, she had written some compositions to analysis the Beijing Operas that she had seen.The newly-adapted Beijing Opera Golden Cangue was rewritten by An Chi Wang and Hsueh Chun Chao. They kept the plots from the original novel and added some plots from Eileen Chang's another novel ”The Rouge of the North” to synthesize the modem methods from the traditional Beijing Opera.Victor Turner, the scholar in the twentieth century, devoted his entire life in anthropology studies. He introduced the theory ”social drama” after he had studied all kinds of behaviors and rituals in Africa tribes. The ”social drama” involved four main phases: breach, crisis, redressive process, reintegration or schism. It also mentioned the structure and anti-structure concepts that can explain the development of human society and progress of conflicts. This paper is based on the theory of social drama to conduct the analysis on the plots and the ritual elements in the Newly-adapted Beijing Opera ”Golden Cangue”.
