台灣身心障礙尪與越南新移民婦女婚姻經營與家庭互動之研究

The Marriage Management and Interaction of Family People with Disabilities and the Marriage Immigrants from Vietnam in Taiwan

摘要

本研究以身心障礙者與越南婦女的婚姻家庭組合為主要研究對象，採焦點團體方法，以半結構引導方式進行自發性的深度討論，進而瞭解身心障礙者對自身台越婚姻的看法，並探究其婚姻締結後，婚姻經營驅力、家庭互動與婚姻適應等情狀。研究結果發現，其婚姻經營驅力有存在驅力、關係驅力與成長驅力；且越南婦女被賦於『繁殖力（fertility）』、『生產力（productivity）』及『照護力（care for）』的家庭三元力功能；以及家庭互動尤以震波效應式的互動為跨國婚姻家庭相處之最佳方式。綜理本研究結果，有幾項重要發現，值得跨國婚姻家庭實務工作者關注。

The research objects are mostly the combination of men with disabilities and their married wives who are from Vietnam. It'd be a focus group as a path to look at it. We use some further and deep discussion via the semi Structure guidance so that we can learn about how men with disabilities to feel about their marriage with their married wives who are from Vietnam. We'd also research the processes how they got married, the interaction in the family and the adjustment for the marriage. The result of the research can tell us that the marriage management would be built by the existence, relationship and development. Those Vietnamese wives are expected to give the birth, make income or work to support the family and take care of the whole family. The family interaction especially would be the best way for them to maintain the international marriage family with the wave affection. There're a few important discoveries after going through the research we're doing this time. It'd be worth for the social workers who task particularly for maintain the international marriage families.
