摘要

本研究擬達成之目的，是以現象學研究法探索社會工作者的靈性經驗，透過現象學還原解析靈性經驗內涵更深層的意義，從跨學科觀點擴大靈性議題的理論基礎。研究採半結構式訪談3位實務工作者，以現象學方法進行資料分析，研究結果希望能提供對於靈性觀點感興趣的實務工作者、研究者或是理論建構者一套實用性的知識。研究結果指出靈性內涵有5個意義單位：（1）靈性是人的本質；（2）靈性是關於人類追尋個人的意義；（3）靈性是人類生活必需且重要的面向；（4）把靈性敬畏的成分是一個人尋求意義的動機和情緒的基礎；（5）靈性不是個人層次，是一種相互關係。本研究針對靈性內涵，以科學的方式進行深度意義的解析，期能做為社會工作教育和實務發展所需的基礎知識。

The purpose of this study is to examine the conceptualization of spirituality in social worker by means of analyzing the experiences of social workers who have been helping clients through attending to spirituality. A semi-structured interview is used and the descriptive Phenomenological Method as data analyzing technique. Research findings are follows: 1. Spirituality is Human essence; 2. Spirituality is about searching for the meaning of existence; 3. Spirituality is necessary and important dimension of Human Being; 4. Revering spirituality is good motive for meaning searching and emotional stability. 5. Spirituality is not personal, but a reciprocal relationship. Implications for social work theory, research, and practice are discussed.
