希望感、工作價值觀、與生活滿意度之研究

Hope, Work Values, and Life Satisfaction

摘要


由於目前職場員工,均普遍感受到來自職場的工作壓力,如何提升自我希望感與工作價值觀,以緩解工作壓力,是值的探討的議題。本研究旨在探討希望感、工作價值觀與生活滿意度之關係,研究對象以台灣地區之政府公務或私人企業員工為對象。以立意抽樣法抽樣,共回收有效問卷301份,以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)及結構方程模式(SEM)作為分析工具。研究結果發現:(一)希望感對工作價值觀有正向影響。(二)工作價值觀對生活滿意度有正向的影響。(三)希望感對生活滿意度有正向的影響。本研究發現希望感對於工作價值觀的提升是有幫助的,而工作價值觀會影響到個人的生活滿意度,最後希望感對於生活滿意度的感受是有正向提升的效果,工作與生活密不可分,而希望感可以讓自己追求內心的目標,不論是工作或是生活滿意度,希望感研究顯示是可以互相影響彼此,內心的滿足才是真正的快樂。建議職場員工訂定工作目標,並以正向情緒提升希望感,藉以提升工作價值觀及生活滿意度。

Since employees in the workplace generally feel the work pressure from the workplace, how to improve their sense of self hope and work values to relieve work pressure is a topic worth discussing. The purpose of this study is to probe into the relationship between the hope, work values, and life satisfaction. The subjects of the study are government officials or employees of private companies in Taiwan. A total of 301 valid questionnaires were recovered by the purpose sampling method. The independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA) and structural equation model (SEM) were used as analysis tools. Major findings of the current study include: (1) Hope will significantly affect work values. (2) Work values will positively affect life satisfaction. (3) Hope will positively affect life satisfaction. This study found that hope will promote work values, and that will affect personal's life satisfaction. Therefore, hope will positively enhance life satisfaction. Work and life can't be separate, and hope can make you pursue your goal. No matter what work, life satisfaction, and hope can have an effect on each other, personal's satisfaction is authentic happiness. It is recommended that employees in the workplace set work goals and enhance their sense of hope with positive emotions, so as to enhance work values and life satisfaction.
