老年人運動休閒阻礙、休閒滿意度與生活滿意度關係之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討運動休閒阻礙與生活滿意，以及休閒滿意與生活滿意之關係。以台南市老年人口為研究對象，發出400份問卷，回收有效問卷共334份，有效問卷回收率83.5%。回收資料經典型相關統計分析後，有以下發現：一、運動休閒阻礙與生活滿意度之間並無顯著之典型相關存在。二、休閒滿意與生活滿意呈現顯著之典型相關，控制變項與效標變項有兩組顯著之典型變量，休閒滿意與生活滿意有顯著正相關。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between recreational sports constraint and life satisfaction as well as leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. Four hundred survey forms were distributed to collect data, and 334 valid surveys were returned for an 83.5% response rate. The Canonical Correlation was used to analyze data. The results showed as follows:1. There is no significant correlation between recreational sports constraint and life satisfaction.2. There is significant correlation between leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. Two significant canonical variables resulted from the linear combination of leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. Leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction are positively correlated.
