微縮設計手法應用於產品情境想像之創作探討

An Application Study of Miniature Design Method for the Scenario Aspect of Conceptual Products

摘要


微觀視角常能超脫日常事物的尺度概念而引發使用者的想像,增添生活樂趣和愉悅感。本研究以「微建築」觀點,探討ALESSI之「茶與咖啡廣場(Tea & Coffee Piazza)」、「茶與咖啡之塔(Tea & Coffee Tower)」等兩項設計專案成果,觀察其「微縮」原理如何應用於產品的訊息解讀。其次,透過近期相關產品設計與藝術創作的分析,觀察這些設計創作案例所傳達之微縮觀念,由此彙總歸納出「微縮手法」的思考架構,其包含:1)視覺外觀、2)操作行為、3)傳達反思等三個操作層次。由此提出以產品的內容物作為中介,連結使用者與微縮情境,透過產品的情境訊息與功能需求的傳遞,進而產生「微縮」所帶來把玩產品的愉悅感受。最後,本研究也應用前述提出之微縮設計手法,創作出兩件概念產品,並以此討論其應用於產品設計的潛在機會。

This studies aimed at micro perspective can lead to fantastic imagination that can often transform with ordinary objects and added to the fun and pleasure. This study will be analysis based on two design projects of ALESSI: Tea & Coffee Piazza/Tea & Coffee Tower, it will combine to understudy how the relationship of ”micro-architectural” or ”miniature” to use at product design works. Secondly, this study were linked some case studies of present art-related and product design to explore how design project are carried out by concept of miniature. The miniature method was proposed by this paper that the framework of concept can be divided into three operating stages: 1) Visual outward, 2) Operating action, 3) Reflective information. It would deliver product's content as intermedium as communicator to provided that functional information for the situation, with pleasure and effectiveness of use. Therefore, the thinking framework of ”miniature design method” was used as the basis for an approach that applied to developed two conceptual design products. Finally, the paper was discussed the application for its potential of opportunities in product design.
