Cystic lymphangioma of the pancreas is a rare congenital malformation of the lymphatic system. We report an unusual case of cystic lymphangioma of the pancreas, presenting with poor appetite and body weight loss. Abdominal sonography and a computed tomography scan revealed a huge well-defined cystic lesion in the left abdomen. The patient smoothly underwent a complete laparoscopic resection. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of cystic lymphangioma of the pancreas. It is hoped that present case report will help prompt diagnosis and management of this disease entity in the future.
