利用改良式攪拌器製備紫蘇醛微膠囊之研究

摘要


紫蘇醛為揮發性物質,限制了它作為抑劑菌的效果,為了提升其效果可以將其微膠囊化。常見的微膠囊化方式都有其缺點,例如:成本高、條件不易控制等。本論文以改良式攪拌器製備紫蘇醛微膠囊作為研究。在研究中探討了壁材濃度、乾燥方式、烘乾溫度、芯壁材比對微膠囊產效率的影響,以及是否可形成微膠囊顆粒。由實驗結果得到以下的結論:1.以本製程可以形成微膠囊顆粒。2.只有10%的壁材濃度形成明顯的微膠囊顆粒,但產效率不太理想。3.烘箱乾燥為本實驗中最有效的乾燥方式。4.溫度愈高,產效率愈高,乾燥時間愈短。高於80°C產效率不再增加,80°C的乾燥溫度有最佳的產效率。5.芯壁材比1:4有最佳的產效率。6.以改良式攪拌器製備紫蘇醛微膠囊的最佳條件為,壁材濃度10%,乾燥方式以烘箱乾燥,乾燥溫度80°C,芯壁材比1:4。7.以紫蘇醛微膠囊作為抑菌劑,可得到不錯的抑菌效果。運用改良式攪拌器可以較低的成本製備出紫蘇醛微膠囊,而且由實驗分析結果證明以改良式攪拌器製備紫蘇醛微膠囊是可行的。

Perillaldehyde is a volatile substance, which limits its applicability. In order to promote its effect, we try to microencapsulate it. However, common microencapsulation methods have their drawback, such as high cost and some conditions that are difficult to control. This paper studies the microencapsulation of perillaldehyde by the modified stirrer. The research investigates wall material concentration, drying method, drying temperature, and the proportion of core and wall material to see their influence on the yield and efficiency of microcapsules, and whether the microcapsules particles can be formed. From the experimental results, the following conclusions can be drawn:1. The manufacturing process can form microcapsules particles.2. The concentration of the wall material, when only at 10%, can form clear microcapsule particles. Yield and efficiency are unsatisfactory.3. Oven drying can be the best drying method.4. The higher the temperature is, the more the yield and efficiency are, and the shorter the drying time is. When the temperature is higher than 80°C, the yield and efficiency would not increase. Drying temperature at 80°C has the best yield and efficiency.5. The proportion of 1:4 of core and wall material has the best yield and efficiency.6. The optimal conditions to make microencapsulation of perillaldehyde by the modified stirrer are: the concentration of the wall material at 10%, oven drying method, drying temperature at 80°C, and the proportion of 1:4 of core and wall material.7. As a bacteriostatic agent, perillaldehyde microcapsules could get a good inhibitory effect. With a modified stirrer, perillaldehyde microcapsules can be prepared at low cost, and the experimental results prove that the preparation of perillaldehyde microcapsules by the modified stirrer is feasible.
