建構以技職校院之培育發光二極體技術人才核心能力內涵之研究

The Construction of Core Competence of Light-emitting Diode in Vocational-Technical Academic Curricula

摘要


本研究以技職校院光電科系培育發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode, LED)技術人才核心能力內涵之研究,藉由文獻分析及深度訪談,我們選擇135項專業能力指標包含專業知識構面55項指標、專業技能構面58項指標及專業態度構面22項指標,並採用德懷術(Delphi technique)彙整11位專家學者的意見及二回合問卷,依據問卷結果進行描述性統計分析及信度分析,以技職校院光電科系建構出LED照明產業技術人才專業能力指標之架構與內涵。本研究結果指出能夠效率建構出之LED照明產業技術人才專業能力指標,經信度分析獲得相當好的信賴度及穩定度,包含三個構面:「專業知識」構面20項指標、「專業技能」構面19項指標、「專業態度」構面13項指標。所得之結果可作為規劃技職教育,培養LED照明產業技術人才之課程參考,及後續研究,以滿足國內LED照明產業未來相關專業實務技術人才之需求,期能達到產學之間無縫隙接軌。

The purpose of this research was to develop the technical courses of Light Emitting Diode (LED) to meet the need of industry for vocational-technical institute/university and construct professional indicators of LED to satisfy vocational education in Taiwan. Based on literature analysis and in-depth interview, indicators of professional competence for LED have been made and a Delphi technique is used. These indicators contained 135 Likert-type items, including 55 subscales of professional knowledge, 58 subscales of professional skill and 22 subscales of professional altitude. In the exploratory factor analysis, the Cronbach's α reliability of all the subscales was fine and there were 20 subscales in professional knowledge functions, 19 subscales in professional skill functions and 13 subscales in professional altitude functions in the courses of LED industry. The results of this study indicated that the construction of professional competence in academic curricula could bridge the gap between the LED industry and academia, and sorted out the needs of professionals of the LED industry.
