自費健檢服務品質研究－以彰化秀傳紀念醫院為例

本研究以彰化秀傳紀念醫院自費健檢的受檢人為研究對象，採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集。根據研究所得之結論為：１、樣本病患在性別方面乃是女性偏多；年齡方面，以30～49歲居多，且絕大部份集中在40～49歲之間。在學歷方面，以大學專科和研究所居多，可見民眾教育程度的普遍提高，對自費健檢的認同度增加。２、整體而言，在結構上最重視的項目是「醫療設備」及「環境清潔」，最不重視的是「寬敞空間」及「採光和亮度」；在結果方面，最重視的項目為「診療後病情的改善」及「藥劑的療效」。
